BCAP Summer Camp

Registration is open for 2024!

BCAP Summer Camp is an award-winning day camp for kids ages 7-12 (grades 2-6). During our two-week summer program, Adventurers visit two institutions on our Cultural Campus each day, where they explore our annual theme through games, experiments, creative arts, and exploration. Our team of experienced educators and counselors are committed to helping our Adventurers grow-- intellectually, socially, personally, and creatively-- in our safe, welcoming, and FUN camp community.

Theme & Curriculum

Each year educators from the six member institutions collaborate with the BCAP Director to create a curriculum of fun new activities that weave connections between the arts, nature, history, culture, technology, literature, and science.

Our 2023 theme was "Around the World" - Travel across the globe in the heart of Brooklyn! Discover what “Around the World” means with hands-on explorations of global connections at each of our BCAP partners. Brooklyn’s history, nature, and culture tells us stories that put seven billion people right at the end of your stoop!
