Jim is a student at Stuyvesant High School and finished amongst the leaders of the Virtual Investment Challenge.

 

1) When did you become interested in investing?

Rachel Bulls her way to VICtory!

After leapfrogging her competitors and fending off late rallies from her fellow Victors, Rachel found herself atop the class at the conclusion of the club's first Investing Challenge.  Rachel finished with an astounding $290,1763 in overall gains and a return rate of over 29 percent!

Welcome to Victors, The official blog of Brooklyn Public Library's Teen Virtual Investment Club (TVIC).

TVIC is a highly competitive financial literacy program for teens in which volunteers (ages 14-19) attend free training from experienced finance professionals to learn and develop basic strategies on how to gain wealth by virtually investing in the stock market.
