The Business & Career Library has a large collection of education and job hunting resources. Many of B&CL's books on job hunting treat topics such as job success; careers; resume and cover letter writing; and developing interviewing skills. STEP up to a Better Job! The Skills Training & Employment Project (STEP), funded by a U.S. Department of Labor grant, has expanded the library's job and educational resources to better serve the people of Brooklyn.
This site provides a large assortment of job listings, many of which are collected from websites of leading employers as well as classified ads from major newspapers.
Careerjet is a job search engine that allows one to search the many job openings available on the internet within one extensive database. Users can query this database and save themselves the trouble of visiting each site individually. The job offerings themselves are not hosted by Careerjet and users are always redirected to the original job listing. Essentially, Careerjet acts as traffic driver to those sites.
