The Business & Career Library has a large collection of education and job hunting resources. Many of B&CL's books on job hunting treat topics such as job success; careers; resume and cover letter writing; and developing interviewing skills. Careerjet is a job search engine that allows one to search the many job openings available on the internet within one extensive database. Users can query this database and save themselves the trouble of visiting each site individually. The job offerings themselves are not hosted by Careerjet and users are always redirected to the original job listing. Essentially, Careerjet acts as traffic driver to those sites. Careerjet's job search engine network encompasses over 50 countries, featuring separate interfaces that are translated into 20 languages.

This website provides information on occupations, wages and labor market trends for New York and other states. A noteworthy feature is the ability to search labor market trends according to education level. This website provides information about occupational licensing and certification requirements, as well.
