Every PowerUP! participant must consult with a "Business Assistance Provider." See the documents below for a list of providers and the form to use to verify you had a consultation.
To meet with a business counselor or coach make an appointment in advance. Also make sure to take the Consultation Form with you and have the coach sign it.
Signed Consultation Forms are a requirement. The completed form should be uploaded in the Classes & Consultation Round in Review Room. You will have to scan and convert it to a pdf.
