Prepare your taxes online at the library with help from a tax assistant.
To use this FREE program, you must:
- earn less than $49,000 (per tax return)
- have a valid e-mail address and basic computer skills
- bring all your relevant tax documents to the site

NYC OFE H&R Block sites- You must earn less than $41,000 (with children) or $18,000 (no children) to visit a participating H&R Block site where a tax professional will prepare your taxes for only $49 starting February 1, 2013.
